Opening Hours

Normal opening hours: 

Monday  10am - 6pm
Tuesday 10am - 6pm
Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 3pm                                                                                           

Appointment can be arranged outside of these hours, please ask for more details which can be made by phone, email, twitter, instagram and facebook.

Gift Certificates are vaild for 6 months from the date of purchase which can be used for treatment or product but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations 48-24 hours prior to an appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. All cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged at 100% of the cost of the treatment as appointments cannot be filled within these timescales.

Deposit Policy

All deposits taken for treatment or otherwise will be valid from one year of payment. The cancellation policy applies to all treatments including ones with deposits.
